SuperBowl and Private Cruise Ship Experience

In 2020 (right before the infamous pandemic), I was a part of the team that created and managed a three day incentive trip where 1,600 people got to attend the Super Bowl and a private dinner with Super Bowl legends.  After the incentive, those 1,600 attendees joined 5,400 of their colleagues on one of two cruise ships (Royal Caribbean Symphony of the Seas and Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas) for their company's yearly conference.  We utilized two different cruise ships so there would be enough seating at the various venues within the ship for every attendee.

Google Hardware

Google hosted a large keynote and event in New York City for the launch of the new Google Pixel, Google Home Hub, and Google Pixel Slate.  This was a three-day experience where media, press, influencers, and executives got to interact with the new products and ground breaking features developed for these products.

The National For​um on Quality Improvement in Health Care is a four-day conference that​ has been the home of​ quality ​improve​ment (QI) in health care for more than 30 years. The annual meeting brings together health care visionaries, improvement professionals, world leaders, industry newcomers, and beyond.

The Udemy Business premier virtual event for business and learning leaders. Attendees walked away with actionable insights and a renewed sense of purpose as they continue to navigate the evolving world of work.

Udemy Executive Speaker Series

At Udemy, we have a virtual event where we bring together learning leaders to discuss topics pressing to the learning and development industry such as quiet quitting, burnout and more. 


Springfest Concert

Organized and managed multiple concerts at the historic Mathews Arena in Boston including performances by Ke$ha, Rae Sremurd, Logic, Charlie XCX, ARIZONA, and King Princess.

Napa Luxury Car Incentive

Managed all logistics for an incentive with 25 people in Napa and San Francisco, California where attendees drove luxury cars around the Bay Area and enjoyed meals at prestigious wineries.

Target Curlfest

Over 25,000 people attended the 5th annual Curlfest in Prospect Park in Brooklyn.  Target had an installation where attendees could come to try some of the new products sold at Target.

Target's Wild Fable Clothing Line Launch

Target hosted an exclusive party for the media and influencers to give them a sneak peek at their new clothing line called Wild Fable and Original Use.  During this event, we had a live DJ, photo moments, and catering throughout the night.

Carters and OshKosh - New Clothing Line Launch

Carters and OshKosh had a celebratory event to launch their new clothing line.  During this event, we highlighted different elements of inspiration for the line with interactive photo moments captured by New York City influencers.
